Step 1: Create Your Free Account
Signing up takes less than 2 minutes. Simply enter your email address, choose a username, and create a password. We'll send a verification email to confirm your address—this helps us maintain a secure platform with real users.
There's no credit card required, and you can explore basic features immediately after verification.
Step 2: Verify Your Identity
To ensure a safe community, we ask all users to complete a quick verification process. This typically involves:
- Confirming your email address (already completed during signup)
- Uploading a clear photo of yourself holding a sign with our verification code (optional for basic users, required for premium features)
- Agreeing to our Community Guidelines
Verification usually takes less than 24 hours, though often it's instant.
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
A complete profile helps you make better connections. We recommend:
- Profile Photo: Upload a clear, recent photo of yourself. This increases response rates by up to 80%.
- Bio: Write a short description (50-200 characters) about yourself. Mention your interests, what you're looking for, and a bit of personality.
- Interests: Select tags that represent your hobbies and passions. This helps our matching algorithm find compatible people.
- Location: Set your city or region to connect with nearby users, or choose "Global" to meet people worldwide.
Step 4: Start Connecting
Now you're ready! There are several ways to find people to chat with:
Random Match
Click the "Start Random Match" button, and our system will instantly connect you with a random user who's currently online. If the match isn't right, simply click "Next" to try again—no hard feelings.
Browse Profiles
Scroll through a list of online users. View their profiles, photos, and interests. When you find someone interesting, send a connection request. If they accept, you can start chatting.
Filtered Search
Use our filters to narrow down potential matches by:
- Gender preference
- Age range
- Location (nearby or worldwide)
- Language spoken
- Shared interests
During a Video Chat
Once connected, you'll enter a private video room with the following features:
- Video & Audio: Both are enabled by default, but you can toggle either off at any time.
- Text Chat: Send messages alongside video for links or notes.
- Screen Share: Share your screen if you want to show something (premium feature).
- Report Button: Immediately report inappropriate behavior.
- End Call: Hang up anytime—no explanations needed.
After Your Chat
When the conversation ends, you can:
- Send a friend request to stay in touch
- Rate the experience (helps improve matching)
- Block the user if needed
- Leave a note about the conversation for your reference
